Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients -
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
3/4 cup Butter
3 cups White Sugar
3 Large Eggs
6 Very Ripe Bananas, mashed
1 (16 ounces) container Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoons Baking Soda
4-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup chopped Walnuts (optional)
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

2. Spray four 7 x 3 inch loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Stir together 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl.

4. Dust the pans lightly with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.

5. Cream the butter and 3 cups sugar in a large bowl.

6. Mix in the eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon.

7. Add the salt, baking soda and flour.

8. Stir in the walnuts.

9. Divide the mixture into the prepared pans.

10. Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
